The other day during the high winds, quite a lot of the wisteria blossoms blew onto the deck and some landed in the chairs. This is just the way I found it in our chair and I used my iPhone with the Hipstamatic app to shoot this image. I added quite a bit of mojo to it of course.

Yes this is really disgusting if you look closely. It is an iPhone shot of my coffee knock box for my espresso machine. The bar that stretches across the box, which you knock the portafilter on, has a rubber coating which melted in my dishwasher. And, since I use my Nespresso machine most of the time, I hadn’t emptied the box in a while and you can see mold on one of the pods. But I did my best to make it look cool! I think I’ll have a cup of coffee…..

After one of the many storms we had this summer, I noticed this leaf hanging on a wire on our deck. It is still there several storms later. The wind has been moving it along the wire, but it seems that it will stay until it decays.

I shot this one evening with almost no light. We were at Andrea’s family cottage in the Czech Paradise. There was a wooden pallet under the apple tree and someone had gathered these apples up from the yard and placed them on the pallet.
I got a new lens today. A cheap $40 lens for movie cameras. I’m using it on my Olympus EP-1. This is my first shot with it. It is the runner for a cucumber plant. The white circles are pools of light on the table.
