Here is another from my B&W tree series. Meant to be a large print with encaustic wax.

I was getting into my car today, when I noticed the reflections thru the open door. I picked the foreground flowers to focus on and then composed the image around the reflections of the flowers.

Here is another pixelated reflection that I am working on. I want to do a series of these, but I haven’t decided yet whether I want to do them in full color or monochromatic.

This is an idea I am working on for large wall murals. I pixelated it on purpose and changed the layer mode to Darken to make it more abstract. I’m not sure I have this right yet, but I do like the abstract quality. I need to work more with this idea.

We had a nice little snow today, so I grabbed my camera and went to the park. I had quite a good hour of shooting and came home with lots to work on. However, this one is a straight shot right out of the camera. Very unusual for me. I started to add my mojo, but it seemed to ruin the shot. So I’m leaving it alone for now. It is a shot of trees reflecting in the water and the posts of a fence also reflecting. Rotated 180 degrees. The main focus was on the snow a few feet in front of me. I used my EP-2 with a tilt adapter and an old Pentax 50mm f/1.4.

Another shot from sunday’s foggy shoot. Also done with the Olympus EP-2 and an Italian shift adapter with a pentax screw mount 28mm lens, just in case anyone is curious.

Today was a beautiful foggy day for shooting, so we took the dogs and went for a stroll along the mill stream park. The dogs kept me moving all the time, so I was shooting pretty fast. I was shooting with my Olympus EP-2 and a tilt adapter with an old 28mm Pentax screw mount lens.

Here is another shot from our walk around Antioch park. I really went with the color on this one! It’s a blend of 3 different reflections in the frozen lake combined and twisted a bit.

Went for a walk on New Year’s day at Antioch park. I’m always shooting reflections in the water, but this time the lake was partially frozen which added natures own texture to the shot. This year I thought I’d do more B&W work, so that is where I started with this image, but I couldn’t resist adding more texture and a bit of color. So I am curious which version do you like? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
