Here is another shot from my flight home. The sky was so dark, but the sunlight still managed to break thru the clouds and light up the roofs below. This one was also with the iPhone. The title is in honor of the painter William Turner, who used to have long descriptions for his titles.

This was the view out the window at 20,000 feet. I did a series of these images focusing on the window instead of the distant clouds.

I was out on an errand after one of the big storms, and saw this great sky. Pulled over and pulled out the iPhone and captured these textural clouds just before they were washed away.

This image is from the storm clouds that were in the area Saturday night. I was on my way to pick up some food and as usual I had my camera with me and when I noticed what was about to happen in the sky, I found a big open parking lot. I got quite a few shots before the light went away.

More storms again tonight. When the rain stopped, I went out on the deck and found more amazing clouds. So here is tonights entry.
Another image from my Flint Hills Storm series. I shot this image and the previous one from the car while driving to Colorado.
Here is a cloud shot from one of our recent storms. This image has multiple layers as well as some interpretation of the shape. Couldn’t resist.
